Nepturn upgrade Y-axis guide installation instructions 1. Please first download the ***.stl file from the official website and print it out. (*** is the same name as the file uploaded on the officialwebsite). 2.Remove the platform plate and clips. Then remove the hot bed plate after removing the hand screw nut. 3.Remove the screws fixing the pulley. 4.Use M3*8 screw + M3 T-nut to fix the linear guide on the profile (Note: the hole on the linear guide, you can fix a screw every other hole) 5.Fix the slider plate fixing piece on the guide slider with M3*8 screw, and then install the printout of the touch limit switch. 6.Fix the slider plate on the slider plate fixing piece with M5*10 screws. After the fixing is finished, please test whether the Y-axis sliding is normal, if there is jamming and other phenomena, you need to adjust the parallelism of the two linear guides. 7.Install the synchronous belt, and then install the previously removed parts (hand-screwed nuts, springs, hot bed plate, etc.) in turn. After installation, the platform plate needs to be leveled before use. Please note: 1) For Ender-3 type machines, this kit is only applicable to the version of the Y-axis profile 4040 profile, and cannot be applied to the machine with the 2040 profile 2) For Ender-3V2 models, you will need to print an additional Y-axis limit block to complete the assembly.
