Product description AEV JL Rear Differential Cover AEV JL/Gladiator Rear Differential Cover for the Dana M220 (rear) axles found in the JL Wrangler and Gladiator AEV Rear Differential Cover is designed for the Dana M220 (rear) axles found in the Gladiator and JL Wrangler. These heavy duty, nodular iron Covers feature an axle specific fluid level port, placed at the correct level to meet OE specifications, eliminating the need to guess on oil level. Reinforced Bottom Edge Manufactured out of high-strength nodular iron with a reinforced bottom edge with recessed hardware AEV’s Exclusive Oversized Fill Plug For added convenience, the AEV JL Differential Cover has an oversized fill port located on the top of the cover. This fill port not only allows you to easily add fluid in the field if axle repairs are necessary, but also doubles as an inspection port. What material are these made out of? All of AEV's Differential Covers are manufactured in the USA out of nodular iron Will the paint peel or chip? Nope. They actually aren't painted at all. All of AEV's Differential Covers are BOTH e-coated and powder coated for maximum durability and longevity. What is that big plug for? That is an oversized fill plug, a signature feature on all of AEV's Differential Covers. What vehicles do these covers fit? This Differential Cover is designed specifically for the Rear Dana M220 axles. Where are AEV Differential Covers made? AEV Differential Covers are proudly made in the USA Please Note: These Differential Covers will fit all Gladiator and JL Wrangler Rubicon models. JL Wrangler Sahara models only have a M220 rear axle, not an M210 front axle. Some 2019 Sport Models may also have an M220 rear axle (available option). • These Differential Covers will fit all Gladiator and JL Wrangler Rubicon models. JL Wrangler Sahara models only have a M220 rear axle, not an M210 front axle. Some 2019 Sport Models may also have an M220 rear axle (available option). If you are unsure, please verify your axle type before ordering.
