Its compact design has the features and appearance of a full size closer but requires less space on a door for installation, and provides complete functionality for any opening. It is commonly used on projects that specify multiple interior door closers to address job conditions and budget concerns. This Dynasty Hardware door closer is an excellent choice for hotels, condominiums, apartment complex and single family residences. Level 2 Spring Tension rating. Aluminum alloy shell with sprayed aluminum finish. Can be mounted regular arm or top jamb. Parallel arm bracket can be ordered separately. This door closer includes wood screws, metal screws, so it can be mounted on wood or metal doors. Maximum door size 36-Inch interior only. For doors weighing between 55 and 100 pounds. Dynasty Hardware 2000 Series Screw Hole Pattern The Dynasty Hardware 2000 Series Door Closer screw hole spacing is 8-3/16 inches center to center for the horizontal mounting holes and 3/4 inch center to center for the vertical screw holes. Dual Valve Door Closer Adjustment The Dynasty Hardware 2000 Series Door Closer features two adjustment valves. One valve adjusts the closing speed and the other valve is used to adjust the latching speed. The Allen wrench for adjusting the door closer is included.
