Body temperature and room temperature can affect the duration of the cooling sensation. If you are naturally hot, it can affect your experience. We usually recommend using an air conditioner or fan along with the pillow for better cooling. My pillow is flat and won’t expand after opening. What should I do? This is normal for compressed pillows! Let it rest in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours. Gently pat to speed up (don’t over-squeeze) — it’ll regain full shape and height soon. Can I use the pillow before it fully expands? We don’t recommend it. A partially expanded pillow won’t offer proper neck/head support, causing discomfort. Your body weight may also hinder full expansion, reducing its intended performance.
