Product Description The Extech LT300 light meter can determine whether you have adequate illumination to protect workers, students, visitors, patients or attendees of different venues. This handheld instrument measures up to 40, 000 fc (or 400, 000 lux) utilizing a remote light sensor connected via 12 in. Coiled cable (expandable to 24 in.). A prominent LCD readout displays a digital calculation and complementary analog bar graph for quick, reliable assessments. Complete with 9V battery, light sensor with protective cover, protective holster, and soft case. Insufficient lighting can create security risks or result in OSHA crackdowns. From the Manufacturer The Extech LT300 Light Meter reads cosine and color corrected measurements and features min/max and a data hold function. It has a wide range up to 20,000Fc or 200,000 Lux with a high resolution to 0.01 Fc/Lux. The relative mode indicates a change in light levels and the peak mode captures the highest reading. It has a remote light sensor on a 2 inch coiled cable and is expandable up to 24 inches. This meter utilizes the precision photo diode and the color correction filter. Also, it has a large LCD display screen with an analog bargraph and a backlight for readings in low light levels. The Extech LT300 Light Meter comes complete with a 9V battery, a light sensor with a protective cover, a protective holster, and a pouch case.
