If you have very sensitive skin, start with 2–3 times per week. Does it have plastic microbeads? No. We use 100% plant-based exfoliants, Jojoba and Carnauba Wax — no plastic microbeads. Is it for men, women, or both? All Thrive products are unisex, including our scrub.
