Note: Please make sure the Type-C ports of the PC supports USB3.1 and DP1.2 protocol. What to do if you do not know how to connect PD1320 to your smart phone? (Purchase required) 1.Buy a Type-C to Type-C cable (not included in the package)2.Connect the PD1320 to smart phone with the Type-C to Type-C cable. Note: If no response on PD1320,reconnect the cable, and buy a power adapter (gauge: 5V; not included in the package). What to do if your PD1320 pen display shows no signal? 1. Unplug and re-plug all the cables. 2. Try it with another computer. 3. If you used an adapter to connect the cable, please try to use another adapter. 4. If all the methods mentioned above cannot fix your issue, the HDMI cable is broken. What to do if I meet stylus cursor offset or inaccurate issues ? （Calibration is required） 1.Ensure the resolution of the tablet is set to the optimal resolution. 2.If the offset only occurs in the painting software, reinstall the driver and the painting software. Otherwise, using the screen calibration function in the driver.
