Excessive temperatures inside the steaming bottle will burn off the seal of the safety valve, thus reducing the pressure inside the bottle. However, it is recommended to unplug the power supply in time! Why can't I open the knobs after use? The steamer is still high tempreture & high pressure inside the bottle after use, so the knob will not open. Simply leave it alone for a few minutes to wait for the temperature & pressure to drop, and then you can open the knob. Why does the cleaner emit liquid water instead of steam? The total tank capacity is 350 ml, but only put a maximum of 250 ml of water into the tank as water turns to steam inside the tank, filling the other space. lf there is no empty spaceinside the tank, the unit will not be able to generate any steam.
