This clamp-on meter supports inspection, maintenance, balancing and temporary measurement tasks across industrial pipe systems, helping teams collect useful flow information during routine service work. What information should I prepare before using the meter? Prepare the pipe outer diameter or circumference, pipe material, wall thickness, liquid type, and a suitable installation location. Correct pipe information helps the meter calculate flow data more accurately. Where should the sensors be installed on the pipe? Install the sensors on a stable straight pipe section whenever possible. Avoid areas close to elbows, valves, pumps, reducers, heavy vibration, or locations where the pipe may not be fully filled. Why is coupling compound needed? Coupling compound helps improve ultrasonic signal transmission between the sensor and pipe surface. It is required for use, but it is not included in this kit. Please prepare suitable couplant before measurement. What should I do if the signal is weak or unstable? Check whether the pipe is full, confirm the pipe parameters, clean the sensor contact area, apply enough coupling compound, adjust the sensor position, and choose a straighter pipe section if possible. Can it measure liquids with air bubbles? Heavy bubbles, foam, or strong turbulence may affect ultrasonic signal quality. For more stable measurement, use the meter on full pipes with relatively clean liquid flow and low bubble content.
