Product description Daily Usage Q&A 1. Does this HDMI splitter have an expansion function? This splitter only supports image duplication and can synchronously duplicate images to 2 outputs. It does not support expansion functionality. 2. Why is the image unstable, but it returns to normal after a power restart? At high refresh rates, there are bandwidth requirements for the transmission cable. Therefore, an HDMI 2.1 cable must be used. Additionally, your transmission distance may be too long. Please keep the transmission distance within 3 meters (9.9 feet). 3. The HDMI output only has 5.1CH audio, not 7.1CH. The output audio standard depends on the performance of the HDMI input device and whether the content you are playing supports 7.1CH. If neither of these supports 7.1CH, it cannot be output, and the splitter will automatically adjust to the supported audio standard. 4. What are the requirements for adaptive resolution (scaling)? The scaler supports automatic adjustment of display resolution, but the refresh rates of the displays must remain consistent. For example: 8K@60Hz + 4K@60Hz, or 4K@120Hz + 2K@120Hz. 5. What is the transmission distance for 8K@60 / 4K@120? An HDMI 2.1 cable must be used, and the distance should be kept within 3 meters (9.9 feet). If the refresh rate is lowered, the transmission distance can be extended.
