Troubleshooting If the air outlet on the back is cold, it means the machine is running under high load. Turn off the dehumidifier and let it sit for about 4 hours before restarting. This cool air function helps extend the dehumidifier's lifespan. How to turn on the dehumidifier? 1.Connect power cord. 2.Press power button: screen shows current humidity → working mode. 3.Press again: screen shows 45-second countdown, then unit stops completely.
