Please install the pond oxygen aerator with check valves or place the air pump 25cm (10 inches) higher than the water surface to avoid water backflow and potential damage to the pump. 3. If your pond air pump stops working because of the breakdown of the diaphragm, you only need to replace the diaphragm to make your machine work normally. Please tell us and we will help you solve this problem. 4. If you do not need to use all outlest of the diverter at the same time, please close the extra outlets to ensure that the outlets used are supplying oxygen normally. 5. Place the pond aerator pump on a flat surface and put a towel or rubber mat under the pump to reduce the noise further. 6. Please keep the pond aerator pump away from flammable items to avoid accidents. 7. Please unplug the power and contact the seller if the pond air pump is making abnormal sounds, overheating, or has no air output. 8. Please note that airflow loss is usually caused by a clogged air-stone, which is the result of algae foating debris, and mineral deposits accumulated in the pores. If you notice a diminished airflow, try blowing through the air-stone by yourself. If it is difficult, replace the air-stone. 9. Please unplug the power before maintenance. 10. Please notice that the operating temperature range for the pond aerator pump is between 32℉-100℉(0°C-38°C).
