This also makes it easier for the mixer to handle larger batches of dough. How much flour can the dough mixer handle? The mixer can handle anywhere from 0.7 to 3.5 lbs (300 to 1600 grams) of flour. Going below or above this range might affect the texture of your dough, so it’s best to stick to this capacity for the best results. Can I adjust the mixing speed or fermentation temperature? The mixing speed and fermentation temperature (Both Summer and Winter mode) are set, but you can adjust the Mixing Duration and Fermentation Duration to suit your recipe or preferences. Does the package come with a recipe book? While we don’t include a recipe book in the package, we’re working on updating the manual and adding new recipe videos to the product page. • Constant Temperature Fermentation: This dough maker machine features a small heating unit at the base, allowing it to maintain a fermentation range between 77-100℉, helping you create various dough types. Since it doesn’t reach high fermentation temperatures, we recommend using warm water for mixing and fermenting dough during winter.
• 5.3Qt Capacity: The electric dough mixer comes with a 5.3Qt mixing bowl, capable of handling flour weights from 300g to 1600g (3 loaves of bread). The maximum flour weight for fermented dough is 1300g. We recommend a flour-to-water ratio of 100:50/60, but you can adjust the ratio and add other ingredients based on your needs.
• Time Adjustment: Joydeem dough machine allows for adjustable time settings: 5-40 minutes for mixing and 5-120 minutes for fermentation, with 5-minute intervals. It supports three modes: dough mixing, dough fermentation, and mixing followed by fermentation.
• Stainless Steel Material: The mixing bowl and blade are made of durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. If any parts break under normal use within one year (for home use only), we offer replacements.
