(Note: Each Point can be used for inside, outside, left, or right applications) 4.Aliach points to clamp-On Jaws. 5.Adjust the Caliper Clamp-On Jaws so that the points meet, and parallel, or are in line,(this may require a subtle adjustment of each of the 8 Set screws to achieve) FOR MEASUREMENTS WITH THE INSIDE POINTS: write down the reading on your Caliper With the points together, and establish this as your zero or datum point, reading form your measurement and write down the reading.
