SK 75-Piece Ratcheting Tap and Die Set is a professional threading system designed for cutting and repairing internal and external threads with precision and efficiency. It combines M2 HSS taps, CNC-machined bearing steel dies, and a 72-tooth ratcheting T-handle system for controlled operation in tight spaces. This set includes both metric and SAE thread sizes, as well as NPT and BSP pipe thread compatibility, making it suitable for a wide range of repair and fabrication tasks. The M2 HSS taps are suitable for threading stainless steel (Recommended for M6 / 1/4" and larger sizes). The bearing steel dies are designed for general metals and are not recommended for stainless steel external threading applications. Built for durability and accuracy, the set is ideal for working on carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and cast iron. The included sliding T-bar, tap adapter, and die adapter provide flexibility for different threading operations.
