The Lightning X LXRS-KIT Universal Foam Roll Splint Kit is a versatile, lightweight, and essential tool for emergency medical care and first aid. This professional-grade bundle includes one 4.5″ x 36″ roll splint and three universal finger splints, each individually packaged for cleanliness and convenience. Designed for use by EMS personnel, athletic trainers, military medics, and first responders, this kit is ideal for stabilizing fractures, sprains, and other bone or soft-tissue injuries in both field and clinical settings. The Lightning X Universal Roll Splint features a thin, pliable aluminum core encased in dual layers of closed-cell foam, creating a durable yet flexible structure that can be shaped to immobilize virtually any bone in the body. It can be easily cut to size with trauma shears or standard scissors and molded to the injured limb or joint. Simply unroll the splint, form it to the shape of the extremity, and secure it with self-adherent gauze or a triangular bandage. The splint remains radiolucent, allowing X-rays to be taken without removal, and can be washed and reused if uncontaminated. Compact and efficient, the Lightning X Roll Splint measures 4.5″ x 36″ when unrolled, yet stores neatly in a 4.5″ x 6″ x 1″ package, weighing only 5 ounces. Whether you’re building a trauma kit, stocking an ambulance, or preparing for backcountry emergencies, the LXRS-KIT Universal Foam Roll Splint Kit provides reliable support, easy customization, and professional performance when every second counts.
