A：We select the thicker and high-quality magnets to make sure that every one of it works the best,EVERY wallet has been tested before shipping. But there may be a very small chance of finding out the wallet doesn’t work as imagined due to the weak magnetic force. If this happens, we will feel really sorry about that and hopefully you could kindly check this out with the following steps: 1. Remove the phone case and attach the wallet directly to the phone. If it works, then there is no problem with the wallet but the phone case. Please be kindly informed that this wallet only works the best with the magsafe phone cases. 2. If the magnetic force is still weak with the wallet directly attached to your phone, then we are terribly sorry to tell you maybe the product has been damaged during transportation or anything like that, please feel free to let us know to solve your problem within the same day. 3. Please be kindly noted that there are still some risks of falling off since it’s attached by magnetic force not a rigid connection even this wallet has been tested to be much better than some other brands. As for this, we offer a tag holder and a rope with the product for your best convenience and safety, please kindly refer to Installation instruction in the listing.
