MasonryDefender Fine Grit Clear Non Slip Additive is a micronized, polymeric aggregate designed to provide a slip-resistant, textured finish when mixed with clear sealers, latex, epoxy, or oil-based paints or stains. This non slip paint additive enhances floor grip for stairs, steps, garages, walkways, basements, patios, and pool decks, making surfaces safer in both residential and commercial spaces. Ideal for use as an anti slip additive for sealer, it is compatible with most clear concrete sealers and epoxy coatings. To apply, stir continuously and add up to 4 oz. of Clear Non Slip Additive to 1 gal. of coating, following the sealer’s instructions. For thinner products, stir occasionally during use to maintain uniform grit distribution. If applying multiple coats, add the additive to the topcoat only and avoid reapplying over wet areas. Specially formulated for use with MasonryDefender Garage Floor Sealer and Stamped Concrete Sealer, this product can also be used with other latex, epoxy, or oil-based paints, stains, or sealers. Not recommended for use with penetrating water repellents, silicones, or wax-based coatings. Package contains 4 oz. of fine grit additive in liquid form, suitable for standard packaging.
