Each press will cycle through warm white light, neutral light, and white light.Music Mode: Press the music mode button to make the wall lights dance in sync with the rhythm of the music. Use the speed +/- buttons to adjust the speed of the light dance.Timer Mode: Press the alarm clock button, and the lights will flash once to set a one-hour timer. For two hours, the lights will flash twice, and so on, up to a maximum of five hours. Finally, all the fixtures will simultaneously flash rapidly three times. All the fixtures will enter sync mode, and you can release the sync button. Until all the lights flash rapidly 2-3 times simultaneously, all lights have been successfully paired and can be controlled with one remote control.
