¿Qué pasa si algo sale mal?

El vendedor cancela o el producto quedó sin stock: Te avisamos antes de avanzar y podés cancelar sin costo. Si ya habías pagado, se devuelve el total.
El producto no puede entrar al país: Filtramos lo que sabemos que no es importable. Si igual se escapa alguno, cancelamos el pedido y te devolvemos el total.
Se demora en el camino: Los plazos son estimados y se cuentan en días hábiles desde que se acredita el pago. Hay demoras que no dependen de nosotros —el vendedor, la aduana, el clima—; si una se vuelve irrazonable te contactamos para acordar cómo seguir.
La aduana pide documentación: El despacho lo hacemos nosotros. Si hace falta un dato tuyo te lo pedimos y lo presentamos nosotros: no tenés que ir a ningún lado.
Llega dañado, fallado o no es el que pediste: Avisanos dentro de las 48 horas de recibirlo, con fotos. Reponemos el producto o devolvemos el importe, lo que prefieras.
Falla después, ya usándolo: Rige la garantía del fabricante —muchas marcas la reconocen en todo el mundo, otras sólo en el país de compra— y además respondemos por los defectos de fabricación según la Ley 24.240.
