This 2026 COMPACT design is the successor to our original pin kit and improves on everything we learned from earlier versions. The redesigned mounting location keeps the hardware further out of the way from curbs and obstacles, while the new tab-style release and reworked internal mechanism deliver a smoother, more intuitive lock and unlock action. Each latch now uses only two mounting screws, reducing drilling and permanent modification to your toolbox. Built with thicker stainless steel pins and a UV- and heat-resistant polymer housing, this kit is designed for everyday use while maintaining a clean look that matches PACKOUT aesthetics. Installation is quick and straightforward with a simple 5-step process.
