Use the leveling screws or leveling system provided with your compatible router table to align the insert plate with the table surface. How Should The Insert Rings Be Installed? Select the required insert ring, seat it fully in the plate opening, and secure it with the included ring wrench. Before routing, confirm that the ring is properly seated and does not move. How Do I Reduce Movement In The Router Lift? Secure the compatible 3-1/2" router motor evenly in the clamp block, adjust the three cam wheels to reduce gaps around the table opening, and engage the height screw lock after setting the bit height. What Should I Check Before Using The Router Lift? Confirm that the plate is level, the router motor is securely clamped, the insert ring is seated, and the lift moves smoothly without unusual looseness. Stop use and inspect the setup if excessive movement is found.

• With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows you to effortlessly change router bits without the need to remove the router from the carriage, saving you time and effort
• The height adjustment screw has a pitch of 20 teeth per inch, meaning that each revolution adjusts the height by 0.05 inches. The inclusion of a zeroing index ring with a 50-angle scale allows for precise control, enabling adjustments as small as 1/1000 of an inch. Additionally, the height screw locking device prevents any minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work
• Included with this router lift are 5 insert rings, offering optimal stock support for the use of various sizes of router bits. The sizes of the insert rings include 3/8", 1", 1-1/4" (compatible with guide bushings), 1-7/8", and 2-5/8", coping with to your diverse routing needs
