The Petzl Ouistiti is a full-body climbing harness designed for children weighing less than 30 kg (66 lbs). Small children often do not have well-defined hips for a standard waistbelt to sit on securely. The Ouistiti solves this with a full-body structure that is easy to put on and adjust. It requires no connectors to be donned; simply slip it on like a vest and secure it. For added safety, the adjustment buckles are placed on the back, keeping them out of reach of the child so they cannot accidentally loosen the harness while climbing. It features a semi-rigid structure with foam padding for comfort, ensuring the harness holds its shape and is easy to handle. It offers two attachment points: a ventral (front) point for climbing, and a dorsal (back) point for other specific situations.
