The Petzl TOUR is a durable, adjustable harness designed for glacier travel and ski touring. Unlike ultra-light racing harnesses that can be fragile, the TOUR is built with robust polyester webbing and a steel buckle, offering an excellent weight-to-durability ratio. It features Petzl's FRAME Technology, which uses a central strap for the waistbelt and leg loops to distribute weight comfortably without the need for bulky foam padding. Designed for ease of use in the mountains, it can be donned with both feet on the ground while wearing skis or crampons. The straps are color-coded (gray interior, black exterior) to make putting it on intuitive, even in the dark or under stress. It includes two gear loops and silicone-lined retainers on each leg loop for carrying ice screws.
