Are the sizes accurate? If you're in between sizes, we recommend going up one size for the best fit. This slipper takes a few hours to break in due to the thick lining, so if you feel tight at first, just give them some time to conform your feet. What if my slippers too snug? New slippers take time to break in, memory foam also takes time to compress. Please give them couple of days to conform to your feet. If they still don't fit, let us know and we're happy to replace them. Do these slippers offer support? In addition to memory foam, layers of support foam, and anti-shock EVA, these slippers feature a "spiky massage ball" design arch support that molds to your arch height to give you just the right amount of support. How do I clean them? All RockDove slippers are machine washable. Turn settings on gentle cycle and machine wash in cold. Dry flat.
