Made from pre-seasoned cast iron for even heat distribution and heat retention, this indoor reversible griddle for stove tops can be used for searing, broiling, roasting, and braising on gas, electric, grill, and the flat side of the griddle is compatible with induction cooktops, and is oven safe up to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Dual cast iron handles provide secure handling from stovetop to oven, while the matte black finish of our grilling pan complements any kitchen.
