The internal compartment is designed to hold plates up to 10” x 12” x 1.5” with a maximum load capacity of 40 lbs. Compatible with Polyfit Weight Vest Plates and standard-sized 10x12 cast iron plates (plates sold separately). Are the straps adjustable for a secure fit? Will it fit me? Yes, the rucking backpack has adjustable shoulder and chest straps. The fit is snug to keep the backpack close to the body to maximize mobility. While it fits most sizes, please refer to the images to see how it fits larger and taller body types. Does the backpack stay secure during running, rucking, or hiking? Yes, the backpack fits snugly and high on the back to provide stability and keep the chest open. It will remain stable during fitness activity, even while jogging.
