Please check if the connected Wi-Fi network is working properly, and also check if the printer system is the latest version. If both of these are normal, please initialize the machine and then reconnect to the app. How does the child lock work? The built-in child lock system that works as follows: Printing automatically stops whenever the door is opened, preventing kid touching moving hotend. After the door is closed and it's safe to continue, printing can be resumed from where it left off. The model does not stick to the print bed? If the model does not stick to the print bed, please follow the steps in our video named "How to perform Z-axis leveling compensation". After that, you can apply some glue to the build plate for better adhesion or increase the printing temperature. Does it need a computer or app? No computer needed! The PrintyGo can work standalone. Kids can browse and print directly from the touchscreen making it parent-friendly. Our companion app is available but not required. You can also load models via USB drive as an alternative. What to do if some filaments cannot be removed from the build plate? You can use some alcohol and a scraper blade. It is recommended to apply glue on the platform plate before printing. Also, it may be that the nozzle distance is too close, so slightly increase the Z-axis height (e.g. by 0.05mm) in the Axis function.
