About foaming issues: Please use foaming soap or diluted liquid soap with 4 times water, or the soap dispenser won't work and even get clogged. 2 SOAP AMOUNT for your choice There are 2 soap amount for option: Low amount--0.6g each time ; High amount--1g each time Smart amount adjustment-No more setting steps for soap amount Just move hand to low amount area or high amount area. Low amount area: 0-3cm from the sensor ; High amount area:3-6com from the sensor The sensor area is between the sensor and the horizontal plane of palm. Make sure the horizontal plane of the palm of the hand is within the sensing distance. Putting whole palm in low soap area will make soap residual and sensor will not work well. Rechargeable with type-C cable With built-in 1500mAh battery, no more batteries are required. A type C charging cable is included in package. Type C socket is more versatile and it could work with other cables like phone/tablet charging cable. IPX5 water resistance IPX5 water resistance protects soap dispenser from moisture. No need to worry about splashing water in daily use. Charging socket on the backside is also protected by a silicone plug. Self-clean mode Quick click power button TWICE to start self-clean mode. In this mode the dispenser will release for 20 seconds to clean the inside tube. We suggest to add warm water instead of soap in case of waste. You could use foam soap or diluted liquid soap: Foam soap: Pour foam soap into soap reservoir directly.Diluted liquid soap: Mix liquid soap with 4 times water to get rich foam. Please do not use liquid soap directly, if the soap is too thick to foam, it won't foam and may get blocked. If the dispenser doesn't foam well: 1. Start clean mode: Double click power button to enter clean mode, soap dispenser will keep releasing soap for 20S. Add water into reservoir instead of soap and start clean mode to clean the soap dispenser. 2. Add water into the long beak bottle inclued in the product box, remove the filter at the end of tube, then push water into the soap dispenser from the tube end, water will flow out from the nozzle and remove the potentioal blockage inside the soap dispenser.
