Cloudiness and odor are normal, not quality defects. Cloudiness means effective oil emulsification. Odor comes from built-up residue in the shaver, so please replace the solution timely. Frequent use may reduce blade lubrication and cause heat. How long does one bottle of cleaner last? It supports 14 cleaning cycles, which is approximately 7 months if replaced every 2 weeks (duration varies by shaving frequency and beard thickness). After opening: Use within 12 months. Add dedicated oil every 3 months for maintenance. What kind of alcohol should you use for dilution? We recommend 70%+ alcohol— It works better with our concentrated solution to achieve optimal cleaning results and quick drying.
