If it still fails to work, contact seller for replacement. Is this item a ring flash or a continuous LED ring light, and does it support flash mode? This is a continuous macro LED ring light, not a strobe ring flash. It only works as constant fill light, delivers steady soft illumination for close-up, macro photography and video shooting, and does not come with any instant flash firing function. How long do AA batteries last at high brightness? At maximum brightness, standard AA batteries only last around 10 minutes. High brightness consumes heavy power, which is normal for this high-output ring light. What batteries are recommended for long-time use? Disposable alkaline batteries drain fast. We recommend NiMH rechargeable AA batteries, and prepare two sets for rotation to avoid sudden power off. Why does the LED indicator keep flashing when using rechargeable batteries? The built-in boost circuit requires stable input voltage. Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries with different charge levels, otherwise abnormal LED flashing will occur.
