All sections should be tight now.Flip the lever and turn the "easy twist" locking mechanism counterclockwise to adjust the 4th section to your preferred height. NOTE: The “Stop” warning should not be visible when using your poles. IMPORTANT NOTE: The poles are held in place by a strong reinforced cable. If you remove the 4th section from the handle you can see the loop end of the cable sticking out. This is not a defect. The 4th section stays in place only with the "Twist Lock and Lever".
