I was first introduced to Sambuca on a work trip. My co-worker ordered this sweet licorice tasting after dinner drink after our meal. I instantly fell in love - it’s the black licorice, sweet heat and cool taste that melted my heart. With the licorice taste, our non- alcoholic Sambuca has more of a botanical taste to it. Like our non-alcoholic Limoncello, Sambuca is an Italian liqueur. We call our non-alcoholic Sambuca, Snowy Sambuca since it has a white look to the beverage. When in Rome, you may have heard of having Sambuca with 7 coffee beans. The beans represent the 7 hills of Rome. When I was first introduced to Sambuca, I had it with 3 coffee beans which represents health, happiness, and prosperity.
