The surface is coated with an Eterna® nonstick coating, so food slides right off with ease. At 7 quarts, it’s way larger than most of our other pans, so you can cook big meals all at once. Best of all, the interior, lid, and body are all dishwasher safe. Simply remove the electrical probe and put it in the dishwasher and it’s ready for your next meal.
