SharkBite Max quick connector fittings are a project time and effort saver with less insertion force required for a stronger connection. Without the need for additional tools, glue, or soldering, these water heater hoses can be installed in wet lines and are approved for underground and behind-the-wall applications with no access panels (Wrapping required when burying underground). Additionally, this SharkBite Max fitting adapter can be used to join different pipe types together seamlessly providing the versatility to make repairs of existing lines faster and more reliable. Designed to rotate after installation and ideal for tight spaces, this flexible connector is also approved for use on electric or gas water heaters with a flue vent. Rated to 180 degrees F and 200 PSI. Disconnect tools sold separately.
