Daily usage typically needs only 20–30W,so 15V/2.58A is enough Does this cable support data transfer or video output? No. This product is designed only for charging Surface devices. It transfers power from a USB-C charger to the Surface Connect port and does not support data transfer, video output, or docking station connections. Is there still a benefit to using this cable with newer Surface models with USB-C port? Yes.
