The SMARTRO ST54 smoker meat thermometer monitors the internal temperature of your food accurately and quickly. It is programmed with professional chef used preset temperatures for different types of meat at various recommended cooking levels (e.g. beef well done / medium / rare, fish, pork, chicken, etc.). The temperature can also be set manually according to your own personal taste. Important Notes: 1. The digital cooking meat thermometer and the plug of the probe are not waterproof. Do not expose them to any liquid, as doing so will result in a bad connection and inaccurate temperature readings. 2. Unit can withstand up to 482°F (250°C) and can't be exposed to open flames or other objects with temperatures exceeding 482°F (250°C). And Please do not put the thermometer directly into the oven, as this will easily cause damage to the product. 3. The probe and cable are not dishwasher safe. They must be hand washed using hot water and soap. Make sure to rinse and dry the probe thoroughly before storing. 4. If the temperature is beyond or below the measurable ranges, HHH or LLL will display on the screen. 5. The temperature of the metal wire of the probe may be very high during measurement, and direct contact may cause burns. For safety, please wear rubber gloves when using.
