Set Audio Output to "Auto"—this may adjust streaming audio to a compatible format. For Plex (EAC3 Audio Format Issue): Open Plex Client Settings. Under "Passthrough", select "Optical" (instead of the default "HDMI"). A new option, "Optical Encodings", will appear—enable "DTS" and disable "AC3". This should restore audio playback for EAC3-encoded content. Note: Some streaming services may default to lower audio quality (SD) for compatibility, but this ensures uninterrupted playback. If issues persist, ensure your apps and Rokid Station firmware are up to date. For further assistance, contact Rokid Support. Compatibility may vary by app and content format.
