• Before starting your sublimation transfer, make sure you have the proper materials: Best Printers 8.5 × 11 sublimation paper (100 sheets), printed on the white-coated side only; sublimation ink exclusively (regular ink will not work); a compatible inkjet printer; a heat press machine (a household iron is not acceptable); and suitable substrates, including white or light-colored polyester fabrics or polymer-coated items, with any fabric blends containing no more than 30% cotton. Using incorrect supplies will result in poor or failed transfers.
• Use Best Printers sublimation paper to produce vibrant, high-quality transfers on polyester materials, fabric blends with 30% cotton or less, and polymer-coated substrates such as mugs, phone cases, puzzles, mouse pads, ceramic plates, bags, cups, non-cotton pillows, and other light-colored fabrics. Sublimation enables you to transfer custom images onto textured surfaces with precision and durability, allowing you to create distinctive, professional-grade personalized products.
• Print your design using an inkjet printer with sublimation ink only, select the mirror printing setting, and print on the white-coated side of the paper. Set the appropriate heat press temperature and time, position the printed image face down onto the item, and apply pressure using a heat press.
