Since the PoC radio uses cellular networks for calls, please use it only in areas with good signal strength. 3. About Network Failures Follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Make sure you are in an area covered by the three major carriers' signals to avoid misdiagnosing the issue. (1) Modify the APN:In the Odmaster app, go to ME → APN. Enter the APN code: indosatgprs. Reboot the radio and test it again. (2) If the problem persists:Send us your SIM card number and order number. We will troubleshoot the issue for you. Going to ‘Orders' > ‘Get help' > select the order > click ‘other' > send ‘seller' > then send the question (3) “Not Registered” :This usually means the radio cannot properly bind to the app. If the radio shows as bound, try unbinding, then rebinding, and then restarting the device.
