Insert the adjustment screw and turn it clockwise until it is securely fastened to the tube. Repeat the same steps to install the other armrest. STEP 2 Insert the side suction cup into the inner tube. Then attach the armrests to the horizontal tube and secure them with the height adjustment screws. STEP 3 Position it so that the horizontal tube rests completely against the front of the toilet. Use the side suction cups to secure it on both sides of the toilet. Check that the armrests are adjusted to the correct height. IMPORTANT BEFORE BUYING: Check if it fits your toilet! Identify points A and B, they have to be 12.5" from the ground, where you will fix the suction cups. The distance between points A and B must be 12" to 18".
