BE200 WiFi and Bluetooth drivers need to be installed on the running PC (search for "BE200NGW" on I n t e l's website to download and install WiFi and Bluetooth drivers). Common Issues with WiFi 7 BE200 Wireless Card Q: The card shape / size doesn't fit my laptop slot. A: This card only supports M.2 2230 E-Key slot. It does NOT fit Mini PCIe, M.2 1216, M.2 2280 or old laptop interfaces. Please check your original card slot type before purchase. Q: Installed drivers but the card not working or undetected on motherboard. A: Install official Intel BE200 driver from Intel website (not Windows auto-update). This card requires Intel 12th Gen+ CPU and does NOT support AMD. If still undetected, check BIOS or M.2 slot enablement. Q: Laptop won't boot, stuck logo or WiFi/Bluetooth totally dead after installation. A: This is usually BIOS whitelist restriction on HP/Lenovo. The system blocks non-OEM cards. Remove the card to boot normally – laptops with whitelist are not compatible. Also ensure antennas fully click in and the card is reseated firmly. Q: No 6GHz band found, or WiFi 7 speed worse than old WiFi 6 card. A: 6GHz requires Windows 11 24H2+, a WiFi 7 router, and local 6GHz permission. Without these, it auto-falls back to 5GHz. Slower speed means you are still on a WiFi 5/6 router – upgrade router to unlock full performance. This is normal, not a defect. Q: Antenna cannot connect to the card pins. A: This card uses for IPEX MHF4 connectors, you need an MHF4 wifi antenna.
