If the signal is lost, press and hold the CLEAR/ID button on the monitor to re-sync. Is the floating sensor waterproof? Yes. The floating transmitter is designed for water use and features an IPX8 waterproof design. For best performance, tighten the housing securely after battery installation. Can I check the water temperature from inside the house? Yes. The floating transmitter sends water temperature data to the indoor monitor, so you can view the water temperature from inside your home. What should I do if the monitor stops receiving the signal? First, check that the batteries are installed correctly and that the transmitter housing is tightened securely. Then move the units closer together and press and hold the CLEAR/ID button on the monitor to re-sync.
