TPU tends to take in moisture gradually. All our rolls are vacuum packed with desiccants to keep it dry, ensuring stable printing performance and flawless finished prints.therefore we suggest drying the TPU filament for seven hours prior to printing to achieve optimal printing performance. 3.Is it prone to stringing and nozzle clogging? we use high purity material, rarely stringing, breaking or clogging with proper settings. 4.TPU is soft, what should be noted during printing? we suggest direct drive extruder works better; slow down feeding for bowden printer. Use small retraction distance to prevent filament breakage Fix printing bed firmly to avoid warping and shifting.Set printing speed at 20-30mm/s to ensure smooth feeding.
