No, it does not. Currently, the watch is compatible only with the “JuniCare” app. Settings such as management, location tracking, and video calls must all be configured within the JuniCare app and then synced to the watch. Can I make video calls only after downloading the app and pairing the watch? Yes, video calls and voice chats are available only after the user has downloaded the JuniCare app on their phone and connected and paired it with the watch. Can't use the watch after inserting the SIM card? Turn off the watch, then insert the activated SIM card into the slot; finally, turn the watch back on. After inserting the SIM card, the arrow in the upper-left corner of the watch will turn green, indicating that it is working properly. Does the SIM card work in other countries? The SIM cards we provide are currently only compatible with the United States. Using them in other regions may result in poor network performance or an inability to use mobile data. The Watch Won’t Turn On After the First Charge Due to long-distance shipping, the watch may enter standby mode and fail to turn on. Please don’t worry. First, charge the watch for at least 1 .5 hour, then press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds to force it to turn on.
