Zmoofit app > Device > Enable SMS and Social Reminder Step counting is not accurate The watch counts steps by detecting arm swings. It will identify the movement as walking and start counting steps when your arm or wrist swings or flips continuously for more than 10 times. No sleep detected Note: The sleep monitoring function only runs from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day. Please check if the heart rate and step counting functions work properly. If yes, wear the watch a bit tighter and see if sleep monitoring works then.
