Product description ER70S-6 ER70S6 is a versatile wire that is suitable for many carbon steel applications. This wire is able to be welded in all positions--flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. This wire contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than other standard grades of MIG wire to produce high quality welds when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel. Diameter and Size ER70S-6 is available in .023" - .045" in 2,10,11, 33 pound spools. Also, there are multi-packs and a pallet of 72 33lb spools available. Process GMAW - Gas Metal Arc Welding. A shielding gas is required while using this wire. Polarity ER70S-6 runs on DCEP polarity. Position ER70S-6 can be ran in all positions - flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
